Business intelligence · for any business

Know exactly where your business stands — and whether growth is really there.

GinWorks isn't a web-design shop or another agency. We diagnose your real position in your market — what you tell us, cross-checked with live data — and build only what that diagnosis calls for. Sometimes the honest answer is: nothing yet.

01 — The difference

Three kinds of people will call you. Only one tells you the truth first.

Most of this market sells you the product before anyone checks whether you need it. GinWorks is built to be the opposite.

Web designer

Sells a website

Starts with"You need a website." Building isAlways the answer. RelationshipVendor. ProofA portfolio of sites.
Marketing agency

Sells a retainer

Starts with"You need more leads / ads." Building isAlways the answer (ads, content). RelationshipVendor on retainer. ProofROAS slides.
GinWorks

Tells you the truth

Starts with"Let's see where you actually stand." Building isOptional — only if the diagnosis calls for it. RelationshipAn operator who's run growth himself. ProofBuilt & grew The Nest Comfort PG and Glamp Stays from zero.
Diagnosis before sales

A web designer builds you a website whether or not you need one. An agency sells you a retainer whether or not it moves anything. GinWorks tells you what's actually true about your market position — and builds only what that truth calls for.

02 — What we measure

Your position in your market — not just your website.

Digital presence is one input, not the whole picture. The real question is whether there's growth available, and where.

Category demand
Is search interest for what you sell — in your area — growing, flat, or declining? You can't out-market a shrinking market, and you shouldn't under-invest in a growing one.
Competition & saturation
How many businesses like yours are nearby, how fast they're gaining reviews, and where the room actually is.
Review-velocity gap
Your reviews and recency against your top competitors — reputation is momentum, and momentum is measurable.
Price position
Where your pricing sits versus what competitors visibly charge — under-priced, over-priced, or rightly placed.
Digital presence
Google profile, website speed and mobile health, and whether you surface on AI search — measured, but as one factor among several.
03 — How it works

Measure. Show. Build — in that order.

The same sequence every time. What's different is that measuring comes first, and building is earned, not assumed.

Step 01 — Measure

Where you stand

A few questions about your business, cross-checked against live market and competitor data. Not a form — a short conversation.

Step 02 — Show

The gap statement

One plain-language paragraph: what's working, what's quietly costing you customers, and whether real growth is available in your segment right now.

Step 03 — Build

Only what's justified

If the diagnosis points to a website, automation or a custom system, we build it. If it doesn't, we tell you that — and you've still kept the findings.

04 — Where You Stand

The assessment that fuses what you know with what the data shows.

Owner input alone is opinion. Public data alone is generic. The cross-check is the actual intelligence — and it's free.

01

What do you sell, and who actually buys it?

02

What do you charge, roughly, versus competitors nearby?

03

Where do most of your customers come from today — walk-in, referral, social, search, ads?

04

What's working right now that you'd keep exactly as-is?

05

What do you suspect is costing you customers but haven't fixed?

06

Are you growing, flat, or shrinking over the last 6–12 months?

A real gap statement reads like "You said most of your customers come from walk-ins. Search interest for your category in your area grew this year, and your three nearest competitors are capturing it through their Google profiles — you're not visible there at all. That's a specific, growing channel you're leaving untouched."
05 — Who runs it

Run by an operator, not an account manager.

I've made these growth decisions with my own money on the line — twice. That's the lens I bring to yours.

I'm Manthan Jha, a data engineer. I built and grew two businesses from scratch — The Nest Comfort PG and Glamp Stays — their presence, their systems, their growth calls. GinWorks is that same judgement, backed by real measurement, for other businesses. You deal with me directly, and I'm happy to talk in English, Hindi or Gujarati.

06 — The path

Start with the truth. Build only what it justifies.

Three steps, in order. You can stop after any one of them — most of the value is in the first.

Step 01

Where You Stand

Free~10-minute conversation

Your market-position assessment and a plain-language gap statement. Yours to keep, whether or not we ever work together.

Step 02

What Needs to Grow

Fixed feequoted upfront · no build attached

A written directional recommendation — which segment or channel has real headroom, and why. Strategy, not a sales pitch.

Step 03

Built to Grow It

From ₹15,000scoped to the diagnosis

Execution, only if justified: Foundation ₹15,000 · Growth ₹45,000 · Custom systems from ₹1,20,000. A website, automation or a custom system — whatever the truth points to.

Optional last step

50% to begin, 50% on delivery · Domain & hosting billed at cost, in your name · GST as applicable · No retainers you can't leave

07 — Questions

Straight answers, before you ask.

Is GinWorks a web design agency?
No. GinWorks is a business-intelligence firm. We diagnose where your business actually stands in its market, then build a website, automation or custom system only if the diagnosis calls for it. A web designer sells a website regardless; an agency sells a retainer regardless; we build only what your market position justifies.
What is the free assessment?
It's called Where You Stand. We combine what you tell us about your business (5–7 quick questions) with live market and competitor data, and give you a one-paragraph gap statement: where you're gaining, where you're quietly losing, and whether real growth is available in your category right now. Free, and yours to keep.
Do you always end up building something?
No. Sometimes the honest answer is that nothing needs building yet — and we'll tell you that. Building is the optional last step, entered only when the diagnosis points to it.
What does a build cost?
Foundation is ₹15,000 (website + Google Business Profile + business email + local SEO). Growth is ₹45,000. Custom systems start from ₹1,20,000, scoped to the project. You only spend if the assessment shows it's worth it.
Do you only work with businesses in Ahmedabad?
No — any business, in any category, anywhere. The founder is based in Ahmedabad, but the assessment and build work are delivered remotely. Happy to talk in English, Hindi or Gujarati.
How is this different from a marketing agency?
An agency starts by selling you ads or a retainer. We start by telling you what's actually true about your market position — diagnosis before sales, plain language, no buzzwords, and no retainer you can't leave.
Who runs GinWorks?
Manthan Jha — a data engineer who built and grew two businesses from scratch, The Nest Comfort PG and Glamp Stays, before doing this for others. You deal with him directly, not an account manager.
