This policy explains how GinWorks ("we", "us") handles information when you visit gin-works.com. GinWorks is a business-intelligence firm based in Ahmedabad, India, run by Manthan Jha.
What we collect
This is a simple marketing website. We do not run accounts, logins, or payment forms, and we don't ask you to submit personal details on the site. Two ways data may be involved:
- Analytics: if you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location (city/region, with IP anonymised), device and referral source. This is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
- When you contact us: if you message us on WhatsApp or email, we receive what you choose to send (e.g., your business name) so we can prepare your free Digital Health Report and reply. We use it only for that purpose.
Cookies & consent
No analytics cookies are set until you choose "Accept" on the consent notice. If you decline, analytics stays off. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the notice back.
How we use information
To improve the website, understand demand, and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your data, and we don't share it except with the service providers that run our infrastructure (e.g., Google Analytics, our website host).
Your rights (DPDP Act, 2023)
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll act on it.
Data retention
Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard settings. Messages you send us are kept only as long as needed to help you, then removed.
